Founding Partners Overview

Our venture is spearheaded by two dynamic founding partners with complementary backgrounds and extensive experience across various sectors. One partner brings 15 years of expertise from running 38 Chevrolet dealerships in India, coupled with a strong track record in managing food chains and hospitality businesses in North India. The other partner operates a successful financial services company specializing in commodity trading, with a decade of experience in navigating African markets.

A young and vibrant graduate from Westminster University London, he has adeptly transitioned from academia to the hospitality industry, harnessing his acumen to make a significant impact.

Building on his success in hospitality, Mr. Padam is now embarking on an ambitious new venture of an elite club . This venture is not merely an extension of his existing portfolio but a bold new direction that underscores his versatility and visionary mindset to offer an unparalleled blend of luxury and convenience. The exquisite dining options, opulent banquet halls, and state-of-the-art sports facilities ensure that every moment spent here is a celebration of elegance and comfort.

Shaswat Jain

Co-Founder

Holds a degree in Economics and Management from King's College London, where I also earned the distinction of being elected as the Students' Union President, representing over 40,000 students. My academic journey was complemented by achieving the prestigious CFA charter, further solidifying my expertise in finance and investment

My professional career began in financial consulting at BDO, where I spent three years honing my skills in advising clients on complex financial matters. Following this, I transitioned to corporate banking at Macquarie Bank in London, where I gained valuable experience in managing large-scale financial operations and corporate client relations.

Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, I ventured into setting up and successfully selling a few small businesses over the past few years. This experience has fueled my desire to explore new business opportunities and expand my entrepreneurial horizons.

Currently based in London, I am now focused on transitioning into the family business, with a goal to leverage my expertise and experience to drive its growth and expansion.

  • Offer products in the equity, derivatives, commodity and currency markets to retail and corporate clients.
  • Offer brokerage services and tailor to bespoke trading needs
  • Advise and administer medium-long term SME financing
  • Advise on taking private companies public.
  • Arbitrage of commodity markets (with registered account in MCX, LME, CME and COMEX)
  • Currently investing in adoption of AI and algorithmic trading systems in our operations.
  • We focus on managing accounts and operations of the family business where I devote 1 day a week to orient myself, engage with employees and offer oversight and supervision to business activities.
  • In May 2020, I founded “Uni-Admissions” with a civil servant in India where we offered educational consulting and guidance in foreign university applications to students across India. We specialized and focused in UK and Canada applications. Sold the venture to my co-founder in August 2021 on a 2.7x investment multiple.
  • In November 2023, I invested in a skin-care brand ”Veda Fusion” which provides sustainable and natural skin-care and body-care products. I utilized my network to expand business from retail in India to wholesale distribution in East India and Bangladesh.
